The US Conference Ambassador Program
The Conference Ambassador Program is designed to help attendees make the most of their conference experience. Whether you are attending for the first time, returning after a long break, or simply looking for tips to navigate the event more effectively, an in-conference Ambassador can provide valuable guidance to help you achieve your goals.
Offered at both the US Regional Conference in the spring and the Annual Conference in the fall, the program pairs Ambassadors with participants prior to the event. Matches are made in advance, and pairs are encouraged to connect at least one week before the conference via phone, video, or in person. This initial meeting allows participants to ask questions, clarify expectations, and begin planning their approach to the conference.
In addition to the pre-conference meeting, Ambassadors are encouraged to check in with their participants during the event. Even a brief 15-minute conversation during a schedules coffee or tea break can be a great way to touch base and ensure participants are getting the most out of their experience.
